About Alice
Each day, most of us feel we have to wear a mask to exist in society, hustling to be a version of ourselves that we feel is more acceptable. I’m fascinated by how we all do this, and what we hide from ourselves (and others), as I’ve come to understand that this is how we get in our own way. My work isn't about fixing you - it's about reclaiming what got lost and reconnecting to yourself so you can move forward with clarity and conviction.
I bring neurobiology, breathwork, and presence practices into coaching when it supports the work. With over 2000 hours of coaching and now qualifying as a Psychodynamic Therapist, I hold space for exploring your blockers before defining the path ahead. I help you identify and rewire limiting beliefs, which is where real transformation happens.
I'm a trustee for Real World Meditation and Thriving Survivors, and work with the University of Edinburgh Business School as their top-ranked student service. My private clients will tell you I'm not the coach for surface-level productivity work. I'm for people ready for deep, vulnerable, real conversations and big life questions. While I'm all about action plans, I don't implement one until the inner work aligns with the outer action. Once foundations are laid, we move into execution - much to the overachiever's frustration. But they come to me because it works.
At 20, I co-founded Social Bite, growing it for ten years into a social enterprise that supplied over 150,000 items to the homeless community, housed 600+ people, and brought George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Harry & Meghan to Scotland. At 26, I had a serious six-month mental breakdown where I couldn’t leave the house. I took recovery seriously - therapy, breathwork, intensive coaching, even ayahuasca ceremonies in Peru. This journey made me fascinated by the human mind and showed me what true autonomy and purpose feel like.
I hold three Honorary Doctorates, diplomas in Professional Coaching and People Management, Brené Brown’s Dare To Lead qualification, and certifications in Applied Neurobiology and the Enneagram, including Russ Hudson's Holy Ideas Certification and the 27 Subtypes. I'm qualifying as a Psychodynamic Therapist (2027) and learning Internal Family Systems and Couples Therapy in my spare time.
I'm a normal human on my own journey, just like you, with good days and bad days - but a boat load of knowledge now about how to navigate them and come out the other side. I'm passionate about helping people make progress by working with vulnerability and everything that makes us human so we can take the most meaningful action when it counts the most. I'm also obsessed with our dog Tucker and cat Frankie, who keep me grounded and active, whether I like it or not!
I got married in summer 2025 and we travelled Southeast Asia for five weeks that winter, which gave us the perspective to envision our shared future for a life closer to my family in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland. So eventually, we will move to the Highlands where I'll continue working online and also offer intensive coaching retreats in person.
To lead with candour & compassion, creating an unjudgmental space where people can be liberated by their truth and access their potential.
