This is a 9-Month deep coaching experience for you to find yourself beneath all the noise, bringing a whole new meaning to the term "authenticity at work". This programme will nurture who you are at your natural best and help you find more purpose in your work and life than ever before. Ideal for professionals who are interested in a deeper, holistic coaching approach to kickstart a new way of working or find more fulfilment in their career.

This programme includes the very best of Alice's expertise including:

• Find Your Purpose workshop - Closely tied to Simon Sinek's Find Your Why process, blended with Alice's coaching approach and understanding of neurology.

• Enneagram work - Exploring your Enneagram personality type, creating awareness of your patterns and clarifying your psychological and spiritual growth path. Using the Enneagram to navigate a deeper understanding of yourself and your growth journey.

• One-to-one Coaching - Alice is a fully qualified Business Coach and a member of the Association for Coaching, focusing on deep, transformative work that puts the client at the centre of their own journey, fostering clarity and conviction. Programme sessions are 90 minutes long, which allows for a deeper coaching experience.

• Breathwork - Alice is trained in facilitating breathwork sessions for clients seeking to process feelings or experiences. Breathwork is also a beautiful way of aligning the body and mind so they can move forward with more freedom and peace.

Alice mainly works online, but for those based in Scotland she can also provide some in-person sessions.
