
Introductory Session - Group On-Boarding & Journey Mapping
A comprehensive 3-hour introduction to your Purpose Community (never more than 8 people), establishing trust and a safe psychological space. Overview of the programme, and an evaluation of each aspect of your life & career. You’ll explore how things are now and any ideas you might already have about how you’d like things to change. Alice facilitates exercises to help dissipate any confusion and create space for clarity to emerge.

Month 1: Pillar One - Finding Authentic Purpose
A 5-hour 'Find Your Purpose' intensive workshop. A deep dive into your nervous system to explore & nurture the most meaningful lessons your life has to offer. Having trained with Simon Sinek’s team, Alice closely follows the ‘Find Your Why’ process, paired with her knowledge of neurobiology & coaching which helps to intensify the results.

Month 1: Pillar One, 90-Minute Solidifying Session
This is not about creating a new version of you. This is about finding who you already are at your natural best so you can reclaim yourself.
Area of the brain: Pillar 1 is tied to your Orbitofrontal Cortex. This is one of the four parts of your brain involved in setting and achieving goals, focused on your emotional world.

Month 2: Pillar Two - Nurturing Clarity
A 3-hour group coaching session, teaching you bodywork techniques to help you make contact with your nervous system’s intelligence, perhaps for the first time. You’ll participate in guided exercises so that this session can start to tap into your inner wisdom and clarity.

Months 2: Pillar Two, 90-Minute Solidifying Session
A 90-Minute Solidifying Session for Pillar 2 - Nurturing Clarity. This helps you to capture the most important lessons from your Purpose workshop.
Area of the brain: Pillar Two is tied to your Prefrontal Cortex, one of the four parts of your brain involved in setting and achieving goals. You’ll dive into the strengths of this part of your neurobiology by creating space for day dreaming and imaginative exploration (known as the ‘Default Mode Network’ in your brain).

Month 3: Pillar Three - Creating An External Map
This 3-Hour session allows you to draw on your insights so far to create a vision for the future. You’ll utilise your insights from Pillar 1 - Purpose and Pillar 2 - Clarity to start building a map of where you dream of going with your life. This intensive session uses more guided breathwork and bodywork to support your discovery process.

Month 3: Pillar Three, 90-Min Solidifying Session
A 90-Minute Solidifying Session for Pillar 3 - The External Map, which creates space for your vision of the path ahead.
Area of the brain: Pillar 3 is tied to your Prefrontal Cortex, specifically the Lateral Prefrontal area which deals with planning, reason, timescales and importantly: problem solving.

Month 4: Pillar Four (Part 1) - Discover The Enneagram
This 5-hour workshop allows you to discover the Enneagram, how it works, and find answers about yourself and others. The Enneagram creates a much deeper insight into what drives our behaviour & the patterns we repeat in life. This gateway to meaningful shadow work allows you to include earnest self-awareness as part of your unique ‘Internal Map’ for your life (which you’ll create in the following Clarification Session).

Month 4: Pillar Four (Part 1), 90-Min Solidifying Session
A 90-Minute Solidifying Session using Pillar 4 (Part One) - The Internal Map. You’ll learn powerful, science-based coping tools that can support you in processing difficult emotions as your begin to work with your shadow.
Area of the brain: Pillar 4 is tied to your Amygdala & Ventral Striatum. These are two of the four parts of your brain involved in setting and achieving goals, that work closely together.

Month 5: Pillar Four (Part 2) - Experience The Enneagram

This profound 3-hour session allows you to experience the power of the Enneagram when used as a healing tool for your psychological and spiritual growth. An IFS-informed session that supports the way the Enneagram is supposed to be used: To reclaim the parts of you that you’ve forgotten, and liberate the parts of you that you didn’t know were there - all in service of your healing, and sense of wholeness.

Month 5: Pillar Four (Part 2), 90-Min Solidifying Session
A 90-Minute Solidifying Session for Pillar 4 (Part Two) - The Internal Map. Giving space for you to capture profound lessons from your profound new approach to your shadow.
Area of the brain: Pillar Three is tied to your Prefrontal Cortex (PFC) utilising the Default Mode Network in tandem with more logic-based areas such as the Lateral PFC.

Month 6: Bringing the Four Pillars Together
This 3-hour group coaching session provides an opportunity for each participant to share where they have gotten to with their personal journey. You’ll revisit the Journey Mapping exercise that kicked everything off in your Introductory Session to see how things have evolved, while having time to receive targeted support for any niggles you’re left with.

Month 6: The Four Pillars, 90-Min Solidifying Session
A 90-Minute Solidifying Session clarifying the wins you and you’re Purpose Community are taking with you from this programme, and clarifying your next steps.
Area of the brain: This final month brings together all of the 4 Pillars (based on the 4 parts of your brain involved in setting and achieving goals) so you can leave the programme with real clarity and strength.
