An introductory session to meet your peers and begin the journey of evaluating the most important areas of your life. This evaluation allows you to take stock and be sure you’re focusing your energy in the best place for you for the duration of the programme, which begins next month.

Month 1 - Find Your Purpose Intensive Workshop
The incredible 5-Hour intensive workshop venturing into your own personal experiences, working in pairs and being guided by Alice every step of the way to dig into your nervous system’s story, creating a purpose statement that both heals and validates your authentic purpose - who you already are at your natural best. This creates the foundation which we’ll build upon for the rest of the programme - your own individual ‘true north’.
Month 1 - Solidifying Session
A solidifying session that provides a refresher on what you covered and what’s most important to your personally from the longer session earlier in the month.
Month 2: Pillar Two - Clarity
A 3-hour group coaching session, teaching you bodywork techniques to help you make contact with your nervous system’s intelligence, perhaps for the first time. You’ll participate in guided exercises so that this session can start to tap into your inner wisdom and clarity.
Months 2: 90-Minute Solidifying Session
A solidifying session that provides a refresher on what you covered and what’s most important to your personally from the longer session earlier in the month.
Month 3: Discover the Enneagram
This 5-hour Enneagram workshop allows you to discover the Enneagram, finding deep insight into your own unconscious personality patterns. The Enneagram is both deeply complex, yet easy to grasp. Most importantly, Alice uses it with her participants effectively to create deeper insight into what drives your behaviour & how you might get in your own way - as well as offering beautiful guidance about where your energy shines brightest. This gateway to meaningful shadow work allows you to include earnest self-awareness as part of your unique ‘Internal Map’ for your life (which you’ll create later in the programme).
Month 3: Solidifying Session
90-Minute Solidifying Session - A solidifying session that provides a refresher on what you covered and what’s most important to your personally from the longer session earlier in the month.
Month 4: Experience The Enneagram
This profound 3-hour breathwork & bodywork session allows you to experience the power of the Enneagram when used as a healing tool for your psychological and spiritual growth. An IFS-informed approach that supports the way the Enneagram is supposed to be used: To reclaim the parts of you that you’ve forgotten, and liberate the parts of you that you didn’t know were there - all in service of creating more wholeness and spaciousness in your internal world. This session introduces you to a new, grounded place within yourself.
Month 4: Solidifying Session
This profound 3-hour breathwork & bodywork session allows you to experience the power of the Enneagram when used as a healing tool for your psychological and spiritual growth. Month 5: The External Map
Month 5: Pillar Four (Part 2) - Experience The Enneagram
At this point in the programme you’ll move onto Pillar 3 - The External Map. Now that we know more about your internal world, supported by insights from the Enneagram, we have the solid foundation required to build a meaningful plan for you. Your External Map charts the course ahead for you drawing on the insights you’ve gathered already from Pillar 1, Pillar 2 and the Enneagram. The session allows you to make a timeline and a plan of action you can realistically follow.
Month 5: Solidifying Session

Month 6: Internal Map
This session is placed right before the end of the programme for good reason. Now that you have created your External Map and sat with it for a couple of weeks since the last session, we can see what is showing up internally that might get in the way. You’ll revisit the IFS informed approach used in the Experience the Enneagram session to check in with your “parts” and see what needs to be heard. From there, guided by Alice, you’ll find your grounded internal place again and take stock of the most important lessons about how to be with yourself, allowing you to actually set off on your External Map.
Month 6: Solidifying Session
In this final solidifying session you’ll bring together the key insights from all of the 4 Pillars, and have a chance to wish each other well as your embark on your External Map, designed with purpose from your new found grounded inner space.

Month 1: Pillar One, 90-Minute Solidifying Session
This is not about creating a new version of you. This is about finding who you already are at your natural best so you can reclaim yourself.
Area of the brain: Pillar 1 is tied to your Orbitofrontal Cortex. This is one of the four parts of your brain involved in setting and achieving goals, focused on your emotional world.
Month 1: Pillar One - Finding Authentic Purpose
A 5-hour 'Find Your Purpose' intensive workshop. A deep dive into your nervous system to explore & nurture the most meaningful lessons your life has to offer. Having trained with Simon Sinek’s team, Alice closely follows the ‘Find Your Why’ process, paired with her knowledge of neurobiology & coaching which helps to intensify the results.
Introductory Session - Group On-Boarding & Journey Mapping
A comprehensive 3-hour introduction to your Purpose Community (never more than 8 people), establishing trust and a safe psychological space. Overview of the programme, and an evaluation of each aspect of your life & career. You’ll explore how things are now and any ideas you might already have about how you’d like things to change. Alice facilitates exercises to help dissipate any confusion and create space for clarity to emerge.
